我的美國世界

今天要介紹的是一首美國的鄉村歌曲。

來自美國南方的David對於鄉村歌曲有莫名的狂熱，他的ipod跟車上放的都是鄉村歌曲，受他的影響之下我也開始聽一些鄉村音樂，以前在Charlottesville開車時偶而也會聽當地的鄉村電台。

在他介紹給我的歌之中，我最喜歡的就是這一首: Good Directions。這是一首很浪漫的歌。

歌詞的大意是一個老兄把卡車停在在路邊賣東西，有一個很漂亮的女生把車停下來問路。他告訴女生方向，還告訴他一定要去前面的一家雜貨店要一杯甜紅茶喝。因為雜貨店是他媽媽開的，他知道他媽媽一定也會喜歡這個女生，然後會告訴這個女生一個"正確"的方向，讓這個女生繞一圈又回來，回到這個老兄面前。

是不是很可愛呢？因為這首歌提到"redneck"、"Ford truck"、"sweet tea"等等代表美國南方特有文化的東西，所以十分具有南方色彩。
